Tires in Motion – Mobile Tire Service Agreement & Policy

 Effective: 11/1/2022 

1. Services Provided - We offer mobile tire sales, installation, repair, balancing, TPMS service, new wheels, and rotations at your location. All services are performed by qualified technicians using professional-grade tools. 

2. Scheduling & Appointments - Appointments can be booked by phone, online, or through email. We do our best to arrive on time, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or prior service issues. If delayed, we will notify you promptly. 

3. Your Responsibilities - Please make sure your vehicle is parked on a flat, safe surface with enough clearance for our service vehicle.
• Provide wheel lock keys if applicable.
• Ensure someone is available to approve services if needed, via text, call, or in person.

4. Payment Terms - Payment is due upon service completion. We accept major credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and cash. Commercial accounts may request net terms in writing. 

5. Warranty & Liability - All new tires come with the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Workmanship is covered for 30 days from service.
• We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g. bent rims, worn suspension, improper previous installs: stripped, cross-threaded, or rounded lug nuts from previous work, scratched wheels from previous work, etc).
• We are fully insured for work performed at your location. 

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling - We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $100 fee to cover lost time and fuel. 

7. Tire Disposal - Tire disposal is included unless otherwise stated. If you want to keep your old tires, please let us know. 

8. Short Notice Calls - Short notice service is subject to availability and may include an additional service fee. 

9.  Weather & Safety - We reserve the right to reschedule if conditions are unsafe (e.g. heavy rain, snow, ice, extreme temperature, flooding, etc). Technician safety is a priority. 

10. Agreement Acceptance By booking with Tires in Motion, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before your appointment. We have the right to refuse/reschedule service for any reason that jeopardizes our technician's safety or damage to any property due to any of the mentioned conditions.
